Patrick Lyons began his fitness at the age of nine, resulting in 13 years of training experience. During that time, he has completed over fifteen workout programs, experimented with training protocols ranging from bodybuilding to cardiovascular exercise to calisthenics to American Ninja Warrior obstacle course training.
He competed on American Ninja Warrior Season 10 in Dallas and is currently training for Season 11 in 2019. During this process, he became a fitness coach, a role in which he has observed and analyzed the fitness industry from within.
